EAA Chapter 277 Monthly Meeting February 2018

7:00 PM Scott Hartwig opened meeting

1. We need volunteers for refreshments for April’s meeting.
2. AOPA Meeting in main building Tuesday at 10:00AM
3. Saturday 16th fly drive in at Hurst International 10:30 AM at Bybee’s Hanger

Program by Jeff McMillan Air traffic manager at Veterans ( Marion ) airport. The tower is open from 7 AM to 7 PM 365 a year. With 2 controllers on duty from 11:30 to 2:30 each day. No radar coverage below 3’000 ft. Marion has AWOS a NON Federal weather system only on from 7 PM to 7 AM daily Freq. 119.675
